We have a 21-day return policy: you must request your return within 21 days of receiving. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@halfhalfjewelry.com. If your return is approved, we’ll email you a shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note: return shipping is not free—return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
